How long will my order take during the sale?
Standard production timeframes don't apply during the Sale Period — increased volumes extend all production and dispatch times. Production typically takes 10 business days under standard conditions, but may be longer during peak sale events. Each order is custom printed, framed, and quality checked by hand in our Melbourne studio, and processed in the order received. Express shipping does not expedite production — it applies only to courier transit time after your order leaves our studio.
Can I change or add to my order after placing it?
Once an order is placed, amendments cannot be made — this includes photographs, frame selections, sizes, and delivery addresses. Additional items cannot be added to an existing order; to purchase more, please place a new order and pay the applicable shipping fee. All orders are final once submitted, to maintain production efficiency and fairness during this busy period.
What happens if my image needs review?
If your image is flagged — for example due to low resolution, poor cropping, or an unsuitable file format — production may be paused while we contact you for approval. Delays caused by late responses to image quality enquiries are not the responsibility of Love JK.
Can the discount be applied to an order I've already placed, prior to the sale commencing?
No. Sale pricing cannot be applied retrospectively. Discounts are only available on orders placed between 10th June and 30th June 2026, inclusive. Orders placed before or after the Sale Period are not eligible, and we are unable to refund the difference or re-process an existing order at the sale price.
Who can shop the sale?
The sale is open to retail customers purchasing directly via lovejk.com.au. Trade and photographer discounts, cannot be combined with sale pricing.
What if my order arrives faulty or damaged?
All purchases are subject to Love JK's standard Returns Policy and the Australian Consumer Law. If a product arrives faulty or damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery and our team will arrange a replacement. If a purchase qualified for a gift with purchase, the gift must also be returned or forfeited if the original order is refunded.
Could there be delivery delays?
We make every effort to deliver within the timeframes indicated, but standard production timeframes don't apply during the Sale Period and delays may occur. We are not liable for delays caused by courier backlogs, third-party carriers, supply chain issues, or other factors beyond our control.
Can Love JK change or cancel the sale?
Love JK reserves the right to modify, extend, or cancel the sale (or any promotion within it) at any time without prior notice due to stock levels, supplier limitations, or operational requirements.
