Exchanges & Refunds

Q:

Am I able to receive a refund on an item I purchased?

A:

If you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision, no refunds are available. However you may choose between a refund, exchange or credit note where goods are faulty, wrongly described, different from a sample shown to you or don't do what they are supposed to do.
In the unlikely event that this occurs, please contact us to arrange the refund and then return to:

Refunds are processed once the goods are returned. Shipping costs are non-refundable

Where are my goods produced?

A:

We manufacture all orders in Melbourne Australia. We use a mix of local (we use local where possible) and internationally sourced goods to produce our products.

Q:

What currency are your prices in?

A:

All prices on lovejk.com.au are in Australian Dollars.
Any international orders might be subject to conversion fees imposed by your bank. Love JK does not charge any fees for international orders.

Q:

Is it safe to use my credit card on lovejk.com.au?

A:

Yes, all transactions on this website are processed using PayPal or Stripe. Both payment gateways encrypt your credit card details in a secure host environment. We do not retain / store any credit card details within our system.

Q:

What payment methods does lovejk.com.au accept?

A:

During the checkout process you can pay using:
  • - Credit card, or
  • - Paypal

Pay Pal payments are taken at the time of processing your order. Should you have any questions regarding payment please contact us.

Q:

Can I add items to an existing order?

A:

Unfortunately not. Once your order has been made you will have to place another order if you wish to purchase something else.
 

Shipping & Delivery

Do you ship orders overseas?

A:

Unfortunately not just yet. We are working hard to find the safest & economical way to ship our lovely products to our friends overseas

How soon can I expect my order?

A:

Each product has a turn around time to produce and dispatch, these times are shown on the relevant product pages. For the delivery of your product please refer to our delivery help page for further details.

Q:

How are my purchases delivered?

A:

Love JK typically uses Australia Post for both Standard and Express delivery. In some cases, typically for bulky orders, we may use one of our selected couriers to deliver your products.

In the case of fragile items such as wall art, Love JK uses one of our trusted fragile couriers.

I am having problems placing an order on lovejk.com.au, can you help me?

A:

Q:

I received a damaged or faulty product

A:

All items are carefully checked and packed prior to shipping, however in the unlikely event that this should occur please contact us within 48 hours of receival of goods. Please phone us on +61 (03) 9012 6007 or send an email to hello@lovejk.com.au and we will happily arrange a replacement
