Framed Wall Art

We love that our wall art travels far and wide, across our big island country. So to ensure they arrive safe and sound into your welcome arms, we package your prints with a lots of bubble wrap and ship via a fragile courier service. Please note that our couriers are not able to deliver to Post Boxes, so please provide a physical address for us to deliver to.


Delivery of goods

Australia Post & Courier

If you aren't home when the delivery of your purchases is made, Australia Post will look for a "safe drop" location. A notification card will then be dropped into your letter box, letting you know where the delivery has been placed. When a safe location cannot be found, Australia Post will leave a note to advise you which Australia Post outlet you can collect your parcel from.

Exchanges & refunds

Exchanges

Exchanges will only be accepted if the item has been unused. To make an exchange, please email contact@lovejk.com.au and put your receipt number in the subject line. Please do this within 14 days of receipt of goods. We will be in touch with how to exchange your goods. Shipping costs are non-refundable

Refunds

If you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision, refunds are not available. However you may choose between a refund, exchange or credit note where goods are faulty, wrongly described, different from a sample shown to you or don't do what they are supposed to do. In the unlikely event that this occurs, please retain your receipt for proof of purchase, contact us within 14 days of receipt of goods to arrange your return.
