Shipping and Delivery
How much is shipping?
Our shipping costs vary according to the product you are ordering, starting from $6.95 for standard and
$9.95 for express.
Please refer to the product page for detailed shipping options
Can I pick up my order?
Yes, you're welcome to collect from our studio located in Moorabbin, Victoria. Please select the pick
up option at the checkout and one of the team will contact you to advise that it's available for
collection.
Peak production timeframes
Please note that during peak season (April, June, August, November & December), orders can take longer
to produce due to the volume we receive. Rest assured, we work around the clock to produce orders as
quickly as possible. If you have any questions, please get in touch.
How do I track the status of my order?
Please refer to your dispatch confirmation email for the tracking number of your parcel. If you
can’t see it in your inbox, please check your junk/spam as it can sometimes get caught in there.
Alternatively, please login to your account, view your order history and you will find your tracking
information in there.

If you have received a notification to say that it has been delivered, but you can’t find
it, please check around your property as the couriers/posties will sometimes leave it in a
safe place (behind a pot plant, in your garage)
Alternatively if you sent it to your work address, please check with reception, mail room or fellow
colleagues to see if they signed
for it on your behalf. However, if you still can’t find it
please get in touch with us straight away.
What happens if I missed my delivery?
If you have missed the delivery of your parcel and have received a redelivery card, please
follow the instructions on there to arrange with the couriers.
If you have a missed delivery card from the postie, they will leave a card advising the post
office you can collect your parcel from.
If the postie or courier driver didn’t leave a card, please track your item and you will be
provided with the redelivery information/collection location. Alternatively, please
get in touch with us and we will happily assist you.
Can I select the time and date of delivery?
Unfortunately no, the couriers and postie don’t provide specific times that they will deliver your
order.
I can't find my tracking number for my order
Please login to your account, and view your order history. Please select the order you are referring
to, and it will provide you with the tracking code and shipping method.
Do you ship outside of Australia?
Unfortunately not yet. We hope to in the near future though.
Do you offer express delivery?
Yes we do. For detailed pricing, please refer to the product you are looking to purchase. If you are
looking to order multiple products - for example a framed print and greeting card, you will be charged
the price for the express shipping of the largest item.
Please note that since COVID-19, Australia Post is no longer able to offer the next business day
guarantee, however selecting the express shipping option is the fastest shipping method available.
Will all items be dispatched at the same time?
Yes, all items will be dispatched at the same time, unless we advise otherwise.

I ordered before the sale period, can you backdate the sale to my order
Sorry no, we are unable to backdate promotions onto past or in-progress orders.
My order is taking longer than estimated on your website
During sale periods our estimated production timeframes can blow out a little. Please note that we are
working as quickly as possible to produce your orders. If you have any queries, please
get in touch
I want a custom gallery wall, can you apply a promotion to my design?
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer discount on our custom gallery walls.
I missed the sale! Can I please still get the discount
Unfortunately we are unable to offer past promotions/discounts on new orders.
Order Queries
How long will my order take to produce?
We produce each order as quickly as possible - generally between 3-10 business days. This excludes
the time that it takes to delivery your order to you.
Please refer to each product page for detailed information.
Occasionally when we are extremely busy, our estimated production time blows out. Please be assured
that we are working around the clock to catch up, and it will be produced as soon as possible.
*Please note that any issues with the quality of photographs, may result in a delay to production.
I didn't receive my order confirmation
Please check your junk mail / spam filter as the order confirmation can sometimes get caught in
there. If you still can't find it, please
get in touch

My order arrived damaged, now what?
Firstly, we are so sorry to hear that. We take great care in packaging each order up with ample
protection, but unfortunately on rare occasions
it does occur. Please can you take a photograph of the damage and send us an email straight away
with your order number in the subject line to
contact@lovejk.com.au with photographs of the
damage to your products, and our customer care team will arrange for another one to be manufactured
and sent out to you as soon as possible.
Can I add another item to my order?
If you would like to add to an existing order, please get in touch straight away via
contact@lovejk.com.au with the following subject
line: "Your Order Number : Add to my order" Please note that adding items to your order may impact
the production time.
Can I change a photo in my order
If you would like to change/replace a photo to your existing order, please get in touch straight
away via
contact@lovejk.com.au with the following
subject line: "Your Order Number : Edit my photograph" If we have already started producing your
order, we’re sorry, but you will be unable to edit it.
Can I change my frame colour?
Please get in touch straight away if you would like to change your frame colour. If we have already
produced your order, we unfortunately are unable to accomodate your request
I forgot to add in a promo code, can you refund me?
No sorry, once your order has been placed, we're unable to offer a refund on promo codes not being
added.
I've changed my mind and want to edit my order
Unfortunately, we are unable to facilitate any amendments or cancel your order after you confirm
'Confirm Order' in the checkout process. (excluding frame colour, as detailed above) We do not offer
refunds for change of mind.
I made a mistake
Due to the custom-made nature of our products, we are unable to offer refunds due to errors made by
customers.This includes, but is not limited to:
- Entering Incorrect Names, Changing all Fields in Product Forms
- Typos/Spelling Mistakes
- Product Choice Mistakes (ie Product size, Frame Moulding, Design)

Please note: On some occasions, we will need to send your parcels in separate packages due to size
limitations, so please do check your emails to see if you received more than one dispatch
notification.
Also, if you ordered gift wrap, please unroll it, as our packers will often roll it together in the
same tube to save on unnecessary packaging.

Returns
7 Day Return Policy for Art
We want you to love your art, so if you decide your art is not quite right for your space, we offer
a 7 day change of mind policy on all full priced artworks.
Please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your framed art to advise us of your wish to return.
The art must be returned to us in ‘as new’ condition, and in it’s original packaging. You will be
responsible for shipping costs incurred, and if damaged in transit, we will be unable to process
your return. Once received, and checked over, a store credit will be issued. All store credits are
valid from one year from the date of issue.
Non returnable items
We do not offer returns or exchanges on items purchased on sale, or with a discount code.
Items such as personalised photo prints and gallery walls are unable to be returned or exchanged,
due to the customisation. We highly recommend checking the size of your wall before purchasing large
framed prints and gallery walls before checking. We are always happy to help advise you, so if
you’re unsure, please don’t hesitate to contact our

Photography Help
I took a photo on my phone, and would like to print that. How big can it
print?
The size of your photographs in all sizes of our photo collages will print well (assuming it is
well lit, and not zoomed in)
When it comes to printing a single photograph, it really depends on which version of phone you have.
The more recent models of iPhone (6s, 7, 7, 8, X, XR, XS) for example will print well at
11x14"
Rest assured, we will always get in touch with you, if we are concerned about the quality of the
printing.

I don't know what high resolution images mean
High resolution (high res) simply refers to the largest version of that photograph.
Camera If you took the photograph on a DLSR or point and shoot camera, please send us the
original jpg.
Professional Photographs If you had a professional photoshoot done and your photographer
provided you with a drive of images,
they usually will provide you with two sets - low res, and high res. Please select the photograph
from the high res folder and
either reply to the email we sent you, or alternatively please
send us an email with your order number in the subject line to
contactpress@lovejk.com.au
Phone Photographs Click on the photograph you need to send us and attach it in an email to
us. Your phone should automatically select the largest version to email
I have old photographs I'd like to use, but I'm not sure how
Rummage through your shoebox of memories and pull out your favourites. Here are some easy ways to
get them out of the box and onto your walls
Photograph the photograph Find a place with ample light (ie next to a window) and stand over
the photo so the camera is perpendicular
to the photograph. Get close enough to the photo so that the photo fills the frame of the camera,
switch off the flash to prevent glare, tap to focus and snap!
Scan using your phone We recommend using Google’s PhotoScan to scan in your pics. It’s simple
and easy to use - and best of all it’s free!
Download it here
Scanning negatives If you only have access to the original negatives, and you have an Android
phone, use Kodak Film Scanner.
Download it here
Unfortunately it’s not free, but it will get the job done for you. Just make sure you place the
negative on a well lit surface - like a window , or even an iPad with a blank screen - to get the
best result.
Use a scanner If you have a scanner at home, please scan at a minimum of 300dpi and save as a
jpg.
I'm worried my photos won't print well
Our team of expert photographic editors check each and every photograph on our colour calibrated
screen before it goes into production.
If your images low resolution, our editors will work their magic to sharpen them up for you so they
will print beautifully at the size you desire.
However, if after we have tweaked them, there is still a concern about the quality, we will get in
touch straight away.
My photos are dark, what can I do?
If you are worried that your photographs are too dark, we recommend playing with the filters that
we offer on the Upload screen.
Our three favourites for dark photographs are Low Light #1, Low Light #2 and Brighten. But have a
play and see what you feel works best.

Printing & Paper Information
Printing Information
We offer three styles of printing to create your beautiful stationery and prints.
Digital printing is used for our standard invitations and cards. Our digital press utilizes
the latest technology to ensure vibrant colour and sharp text.
Gicleé Printing is offered for our photographic prints, birth announcements, photo birthday
invitations and cards.
Using 100% archival pigment ink, we carefully calibrate our printers to deliver a large colour
spectrum, printing colour
with a beautiful richness & accuracy.
Gold Foil is offered for a selection of designs of invitations. With a beautiful shimmer and
elegant aesthetic, this premium method of printing is stylish and luxurious.
Paper Information
Photographic Prints
Because your printed memories should last a lifetime, we use only premium quality photographic paper
Smooth Matt We've chosen a lovely smooth matt stock at 200gsm made from pulp which is FSC
certified.
It is elemental chlorine and acid-free. Boasting a smooth texture for fine detail and bright white
finish for increased vibrancy.
Stationery
We offer three ranges of stocks for our various products:
Vellum With a subtle texture and true white colour at a weighty 280gsm, we print our standard
(non-photo) invitations,
gift tags and classic greeting cards on this lovely stock. Sourced from an Italian paper mill, it is
FSC certified.
Smooth Super smooth and bright white, this beautiful stock weighs in at 320gsm. Also sourced
from an Italian paper mill, and being FSC certified, we use this
stock for our gold foiled stationery and our bunting flags.
Double Thick Smooth Smooth to touch and luxuriously thick at 360gsm our double thick paper is
used to print our birth announcement cards,
flat cards and photo invitations. It prints photographs in vivid detail and accuracy.
Gift Wrap Printed on strong bright white matte paper that’s easy to fold, your photos print
to the best quality. It has been sourced from sustainable forests
and is FSC and PEFC certified.
Custom Design Requests
Can you create a design using a licensed character?
Sorry no we can't. As we don't own the rights to characters such as Elsa or Batman, we are unable
to use them in our designs. We take great pride in creating our own original designs, so please take
a look at our range and see if there is something that will suit.
Can you create a new invitation/print design for me?
Generally speaking, we are unable to create new custom designs, due to our existing workload.
However please
get in touch and let us know what you
are after and we can advise if we are able to assist you.
