Can I use photos from my phone?
Absolutely. We print at professional lab quality and review every photo by hand. Most phone photos work beautifully—if we have any concerns about resolution, we’ll be in touch before we print.
What if my photo isn’t high enough resolution?
We’ll let you know. Every image is carefully checked by our team, and if something doesn’t meet our quality standards, we’ll contact you with options before going ahead.
How do I know which layout suits my space?
That’s where we come in. Our free design service helps you choose the right layout, size and orientation based on your room and photos. You can also use our room view preview tool to visualise the look and scale.
How are the gallery walls installed?
Every gallery wall comes with a full-size hanging template and wall accessories—no measuring required. All you need is a spirit level, masking tape and a drill and you are good to go!

Can I choose the frame colour and size?
Yes! All designs allow you to select from multiple frame finishes. The size options are available on the category page for the gallery wall style (e.g. Grid of Eight Gallery Walls).
Do I get to review the design before it’s printed?
When you upload your photos you will see a live preview of the gallery wall before you order. If you would like to make changes, you can do so as you preview it. If you have any questions at all, please don’t hesitate to contact us via 03 9012 6007, or contact@lovejk.com.au.
How long does it take to receive my gallery wall?
Gallery walls are made to order in our Melbourne studio. Production time for gallery walls is 7–10 business days, and the time it takes to arrive to you is dependent upon your location. As a guide, to most metropolitan locations it is 3–5 business days. If you need it faster, express shipping is available at checkout.
Do you ship Australia-wide?
Yes, we ship gallery walls Australia-wide. Standard and express options are available at checkout.
What if something arrives damaged?
We’ll make it right. Every order is carefully packed, but if anything arrives damaged, please get in touch and we’ll arrange a prompt replacement—no stress.
Can I change the prints later on?
While our frames are professionally sealed to protect your photos, they can be carefully opened if you'd like to swap the prints in the future. We recommend having them changed by a framer or contacting us for guidance—especially if you'd like a fresh set professionally printed and fitted to match your original layout.
