Each piece is made to order and carefully packaged in our Melbourne studio to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. You'll receive tracking details as soon as your order is dispatched. Our current production time is 7–10 business days. Please note that during peak seasons, it can be extended due to the volume of orders received.

If your piece arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours and inlcude clear photographs of tne damaoe and nackaging so we can organise a prompt replacement.
