1. Event Overview
Sale Period: 16th November 2025 to 1st December 2025 (inclusive)
All orders must be placed during the Sale Period to qualify for discounted pricing and promotional offers.
Promotional build-up via social media and email may begin prior to the Sale Period as communicated by Love JK.
2. Discount Structure
During the Sale Period, the following discounts apply to eligible products as listed on lovejk.com.au:
Discounts apply only to items displayed as part of the Sale.
Offers cannot be combined with any other discount code, voucher, gift card, or promotion unless explicitly stated.
3. Promotional Activities
As part of the Sale, the following promotions will be conducted:
Win Your Order Back Giveaway
Each completed order placed during the Sale Period is automatically entered into a draw to have the full order refunded.
Golden Ticket Promotion
One randomly selected order will include a Golden Ticket voucher (valued at $200) redeemable on a future purchase.
Early Bird Bonus
Orders of $350 or more during the Early Bird window will receive a complimentary Mini Print.
Promotional activities are subject to stock availability and separate draw rules published on the website.
4. Limited Edition Artwork
Each Limited Edition Print is strictly limited to 50 editions per size and material. Once sold out, the edition will not be reprinted in that format.
5. Production Timelines
Standard production timeframes do not apply during the Sale Period.
Due to increased order volumes, all production and dispatch times are extended beyond our usual estimates.
- Production typically takes 10 business days under standard conditions; however, this may be longer during peak sale events.
- Each order is custom printed, framed, and quality checked by hand in our Melbourne studio.
- Orders are processed in the order they are received.
- If your image is flagged for review (for example, low resolution, poor cropping, or unsuitable file), production may be paused while we contact you for approval. This will further delay dispatch.
- Express shipping does not expedite production. Express applies only to courier transit time after the order leaves our studio.
- Love JK is not responsible for delays caused by customers failing to respond to photo-quality enquiries or proof approvals.
6. Christmas Delivery Cut-Off Dates (Australia Only)
To ensure Christmas delivery, please place your order by the following dates:
Orders placed after these dates may still be processed but cannot be guaranteed for delivery before Christmas. These dates are provided as a guide only and may vary based on courier performance.
7. Order Amendments & Additional Items
Once an order has been placed, amendments cannot be made.
This includes changes to photographs, frame selections, sizes, delivery addresses, or combining multiple orders.
Additional items cannot be added to an existing order. To purchase more products, please place a new order and pay the applicable shipping fee.
All orders are final once submitted to maintain efficiency and fairness during this busy period.
8. Eligibility & Participation
The Sale is open to retail customers purchasing directly via lovejk.com.au.
Trade and photographer discounts, store credits, and gift vouchers cannot be combined with Sale pricing unless otherwise stated.
9. Returns & Refunds
All purchases are subject to Love JK's standard Returns Policy and the Australian Consumer Law.
If a product arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and our team will arrange a replacement.
If a purchase qualified for a promotional bonus (e.g., Mini Print or Gift Card), the bonus must also be returned or forfeited if the original order is refunded.
10. Delivery Delays & Force Majeure
Love JK will make every effort to deliver orders within the timeframes indicated; however, standard production timeframes do not apply and delays may occur.
We are not liable for delays caused by courier backlogs, third-party carriers, supply chain issues, or other factors beyond our control.
11. Modification or Cancellation of Sale
Love JK reserves the right to modify, extend, or cancel the Sale (or any promotion within it) at any time without prior notice due to stock levels, supplier limitations, or operational requirements.
12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria and Western Australia, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Australian courts.
13. Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order during the Sale Period, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions, along with Love JK's general Terms of Sale and Privacy Policy.
